Repair the leak near the adjacent to the headwall for the overflow structure located on the west embankment of the Eagle Mountain Balancing Reservoir. 1. Remove the existing soil cement in the area indicated. 2. Repair the damaged HDPE liner. 3. Test the liner repair. 4. Cover the repaired liner with concrete or non-shrink grout.
