This project scope is Phase 4 of 5 for the lift station rehabilitation/replacement. It includes the design and construction of a new submersible lift station to supplement and work in tandem with the existing lift station to increase firm pumping capacity to 41.9 MGD (sizing to be confirmed during design phase). Selected consultant for Phase 4 shall provide a conceptual design report, preliminary design report, preliminary and final design deliverables, construction contract documents, and engineering services during construction. In addition, the selected consultant shall also provide a business case evaluation for the final Phase 5 Improvements as part of the design scope; or make a case for eliminating future Phase 5 improvements and recommend complete pump station replacement in Phase 4.
