Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Roma, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of 8/4/2022 no bids received. The Work of Project consists of the following: Site Work, Erosion Control, Sediment Control, Grading, Paving, Asphalt, Striping, Concrete Curb, Concrete Gutter, Concrete Sidewalks, Electrical, Site Lighting, Light Poles and Light Fixtures. PROPOSAL BOND: A Proposal Bond from a bonding company acceptable to the Owner or a certified check in an amount equal to 5% of the greatest amount proposal shall accompany each Offeror's proposal. PAYMENT BOND AND PERFORMANCE BOND: A Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Sum conditioned upon the faithful performance of the Contract will be required. Please note that all bonding companies presented must be acceptable to the Owner. Owner Contingency: $25,000.00 The Owner has a critical need for the Work to begin upon Notice to Proceed and shall be Substantially Complete within 120 calendar days. Failure to complete and close-out project after substantial completion may result in liquidated damages being assessed to the Contractor. Refer to Conditions of the Contract for additional requirements and liquidated damages. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities in the Competitive Sealed Proposal process.
