As of August 5, 2022, the project is anticipated to be awarded on August 12, 2022. Carpet Replacement at the Callaway County Public Library (CCPL) located at710 Court Street Fulton, MO 65251 and Southern Boone County Public Library (SBCPL) located at 109 N. Main Street Ashland, MO 65010 for the Daniel Boone Regional Library (DBRL) DBRL invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for carpet replacement at CCPL and SBCPL. The scope of work will include removing carpeting, recycling old carpet, providing carpet, providing floor preparation, moisture mitigation test and installing new carpet in approximately 11,000 square foot space at the CCPL located at 710 Court Street Fulton, MO and approximately 6,500 square foot space at the SBCPL located at 19 N. All questions or requests shall be submitted in writing by electronic mail, letter, or fax, no later than two days prior to the bid closing. Replies may be issued by Addendum. All work shall conform to the State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards, and Annual Wage Order No. 29 Boone County for (Southern Boone County Public Library) and Callaway County for the (Callaway County Public Library) and to the Missouri Prevailing Wage Law Sections 290.550 to 290.580 Public Works. DBRL reserves the right to select the contractor which best suits its needs, whether the cost is the lowest or not, and also reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or waive informalities. Bidders shall file with their bids a statement reciting bidder's qualifications to bid on the project described above.
