Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Brockway, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 10% of the bid in accordance with the Instructions to the Bidders. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of the employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. No bidder may withdrawal his/her bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening. No bidder is permitted to request documents after July 6, 2022, and the last day to ask questions or request interpretations is 10:00 AM on July 14, 2022. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bid.
