Once begun, work shall be continuous until the backfill of the excavation and re-opening of Riverforest Road. It is anticipated Riverforest Road will require full closure for the duration of the work. As this is the only access to several properties, expedience in performing the work is required. Coordination with Town of Brutus Highway Superintendent. Additionally, the Contractor will be responsible for signage and securing the work area. All work shall be performed from the streambank an no equipment shall be placed within the streambed at any time. The Town has obtained the necessary permits to undertake this project
