The 668th Alteration and Installation Squadron (ALIS) requires Duct Cleaning Services at Bldg. 2067, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland (JBSA-Lackland), TX. Please see the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) document, Attachment 01: Duct Cleaning Services Statement of Work V.2, Attachment 02: UFGS 23 01 30.41 - HVAC System Cleaning V.2, and Attachment 03: Bldg. 2067 Drawings for further information. Questions may be e-mailed to Nakiesha Elmore at nakiesha.elmore@us.af.mil until 4:30 PM CST on 27 July 2022. 1 Duct cleaning services at JBSA-Lackland, TX in accordance with Attachments 1, 2, and 3. 15 July 2022 - 14 August 2022 (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: i) technical capability of the service offered to meet the Government requirement; ii) price; (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
