Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: Construct Cement Concrete Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk Construct Cement Concrete Curb Ramps Pavement Repair Asphalt Grind and Overlay Install Pedestrian Push Button Poles, Pedestrian Signal Poles and Traffic Signal Modifications Install Channelization Property Restoration and Miscellaneous Work Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of such bid.
