Interviews of Shortlisted Bidders: At City's sole discretion, City may shortlist and interview bidders. Invitations shall be extended to shortlisted bidders. The City desires that Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women's Business Enterprises (WBE) have a maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of City contracts. The goals for this specific Project are 14% MBE participation and 14% WBE participation.
