Renovation of a mixed-use development in Odessa, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,300-square-foot laboratory facility.
As of May 2023, construction is underway. This is the first phase of a four phased project. ‘Historically underutilized’, Small Disadvantaged Business’, Minority Business Enterprises’, and Women Business Enterprises’ and all other businesses are encouraged to prepare a bid following trades: demolition, mill/casework, EIFS, waterproofing, doors/frames and hardware, glazing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, painting, signage, division 10 items, window shades, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical.
