Washington County is requesting qualified Contractors to submit proposals including a pricing schedule and a summary of qualifications for providing floor care services according to the County's specifications and all other terms and conditions. The requested services consist of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to perform Floor Care Services at various Washington County buildings described in the scope of services, in accordance with the specifications and conditions specified in the Request for Proposal issued by Washington County. It is anticipated that the contract term per this Request for Proposal will be a one-year term and may auto-renew up to four additional one-year terms, with the solicitation process occurring approximately every five years.The project work will commence upon selection of the contractor and after award of a contract.
