Bidders are responsible for informing themselves and adequately assessing the nature and scope of the work as well as being aware of the locations and conditions affecting the execution of the work. All bidders will be deemed to have visited the premises and no claim for lack of knowledge of the premises can be submitted. During the site visit, no new information will be provided. The objective is to certify places.
