Reference number : 1618801 Review Title : Acquisition of steel piles for metal anchors for the Normandin nursery Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-07-11 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The Ministry of Forests, Wildlife and Parks wishes to acquire eleven thousand two hundred and fifty-six (11,256) unpainted steel anchor piles for the Normandin forest nursery, distributed as follows: 4,424 piles 53 inches long 6,832 piles 28 inches long Steel piles are necessary for the operation of mobile culture trays (mega trays). The technical specifications and requirements of each of the piles are presented in appendix 8 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. At the time of delivery, it is mandatory to provide official documents that certify that the goods meet the following standards: Steel standard: CSA G40.21 300W Welding standard: CSA WS59 Quantity deliverable in the week of September 12, 2022 Quantity deliverable no later than March 31, 2023 Steel piles no painted 28 inch 1000 5832 Steel piles no painted 53 inch 600 3824 The supplier must deliver the remaining goods no later than March 31, 2023. The price submitted under this call for tenders includes delivery. The tender must be presented by a supplier having, in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement , an establishment where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours.
