Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hochatown, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a hospitality development; for site work for a hospitality development; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of October 20, 2022, project has been under construction since early September 2022. All sub trades have been awarded. Work Package #1 - includes the Facility Maintenance Building providing for equipment and resort storage, and a gravel access road that provides access to the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Hochatown Offsite Improvements project includes three major work packages which are essential to support a separately constructed hotel/resort project in Hochatown, Oklahoma. The packages include a Facility Maintenance Building, 100 kgd Wastewater Treatment Plant, and ODOT Highway Expansion.
