Location Where Work Will Be Performed: VDOT Statewide Initial Period of Contract: Two (2) years from contract execution date with Three (3) optional One (1) year renewals All Inquiries for Information Must Be Directed In Writing to: Joshua Saunders at Joshua.Saunders@vdot.virginia.gov PURPOSE: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish nonprofessional service contract(s) through competitive negotiation for the purchase of Independent Cost Estimating (ICE) Support Services for the alternative project delivery program/projects. Staff Augmentation services provided through the resulting contract(s) shall support the Commonwealth in fully utilizing and implementing Virginia's Design-Build statute and the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA) for projects and programs. The Department's Alternative Project Delivery Division (APD) will administer the contract. This contract may be used by any VDOT functional area or district with prior approval of APD. Selection will be made of multiple Offerors for Independent Cost Estimating (ICE) Services
