Site work and paving for a road / highway in Battle Mountain, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Lander County Commissioners will consider awarding the contract on July 28,2022 at the regularly scheduled Commissioner s Meeting. To assure consideration, all proposals shall be made on the blank form of the proposal attached to the project specifications. The completed forms shall be included in the bound proposal and shall be enclosed and sealed in an envelope which is addressed to LANDER COUNTY CLERK, 50 State Route 305, Battle Mountain, Nevada 89820, and marked LANDER COUNTY 2022 PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROJECT . Faxed Proposals will not be accepted. The Principal items of work for the LANDER COUNTY 2022 PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROJECT will consist of (including bid alternates): the cleaning and crack jetting operations of selected roadways and installation of approximately 75,000 SY of Cape Seal operations and installation of approximately 75,000 SY of Crack Seal operations. No proposal will be accepted from a Contractor who is not licensed for this type of work in accordance with the applicable Nevada Revised Statutes and qualified by the Nevada State Contractor's Board prior to bidding of the job. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in any bid or in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
