LJA JOB NO. 1104-6105 (9.4) For the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to the Water, Sanitary Sewer and Drainage Facilities & Paving and Appurtenances to Serve Bridgeland Creekland Village Section 5. Scope of Project: 1. Approx. 2,245 LF 4-inch through 8-inch water line and all appurtenances 2. Approx. 1,955 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer collection system 3. Approx. 1,440 LF of 18-inch through 42-inch storm sewer and all appurtenances 4. Approx. 7,085 SY of 6-inch Subgrade Preparation; 5. Approx. 6,645 SY of 6-inch Reinforced Concrete Pavement; 6. Approx. 75 SY of 7-inch Reinforced Concrete Pavement with "Holland Stone" Interlocking Pavers; ETC. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond and a maintenance bond as provided for in the bid documents, for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids
