The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements: - Mobilization, set-up, and demobilization of solids removal and mechanical dewatering equipment. - Removal and disposal of approximately 275 dry tons of accumulated solids from two ponds at the City's WWTF. Time of completion for all work associated with this project shall be ninety (90) consecutive calendar days from the date of a written "Notice to Proceed" from OWNER.
