Competitive sealed bids will be received by the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority (AMAFCA), 2600 Prospect Avenue NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, via electronic submittal to RFB_CCP2022@amafca.org. Bid forms and specifications may be requested by link under Ads & Notices at website. AMAFCA will be the sole judge of which bid suits its needs, based on the requirements stipulated, exceptions taken, and warranties offered. AMAFCA reserves the right to reject any or all bids. A condition of the bid will be for the bidder to hold delivery of the materials until November 1, 2022 or by notification from AMAFCA. The Procurement Code, Section 13-1-28 through 13-1-199, NMSA 1978, imposes civil and criminal penalties for its violation. In addition, the New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for illegal bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks. The Public Purchases Act, Sections 13-1-21 and 13-1-22, NMSA 1978, allows an adjustment to bids for Resident Business and Resident Veteran Business Preference. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Bidders requesting consideration for Resident Bidders or Resident Veteran Bidders Preference to apply to the New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department for certification, and to receive approval, a certification number and certificate, which must be included on the Bid Proposal prior to bid opening. Bidders must complete and include the AMAFCA CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION DISCLOSURE FORM with their bid. Bids that do not include the completed form will be considered non-responsive.
