ASPHALT PULVERIZING/MILLING DOOR COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT for the following items: Item 1. Pulverizing approx. 9,000 Square Yards, full depth pulverize, W. Center Road, Town of Forestville, from Mill Road to terminus. This project is part of the Local Road Program, LRIP# 17410 Item 2. Milling, County Highway MM, from 5TH 42/57 north to Rock Farm Road, approx. 17,000 Square Yards. Milling will be 4 depth. This project is part of the Local Road Program, LRIP# 17514 The Door County Highway Department will provide all trucking of milled material for Item 1 and all traffic control for Item 1 & 2. Quotes shall be provided on a cost per square yard basis, and shall include all costs for milling, mobilization, incidentals, and all clean up. Door County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted, or to accept any part or combination thereof, to waive any technicalities, and to accept any proposal deemed most advantages to the County and Town of Forestville. This work is being bid to comply with the State of Wisconsin, Local Road Improvement Program. Proposals shall be submitted on forms provided by Door County, 1001 S. Duluth Avenue, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235, and marked 2022 PULVERIZING/MILLING MM/W Center Rd. Copies of same, along with specifications may be obtained from the County Highway Department or from the County website and go to bids and for sale. Any proposal submitted after the date and time specified will be rejected
