Site work and paving for a civil project in Forney, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The project is approximately 1,300 linear foot by 61.00 foot wide Concrete Paving, which includes Storm Sewer Pipe, Proposed 12-inch Water Line, Site Grading, Demolition, Paving work, and appurtenances. All questions relating to the said bid packages shall be submitted in writing by 4:00 p.m., Monday, July 11, 2022, to dschnurbusch@usaengineers.com, which will be addressed during the pre-bid conference. Contractor must attend the pre-bid conference to allow for a knowledgeable submittal of Bid. Contract Documents and Supplemental Specifications have been prepared for the above project and will be provided to the Contractor via dropbox upon Contractor making a written request for such to dschnurbusch@usaengineers.com beginning Monday, June 27, 2022. All bidders are required to comply with Provision 5159a Vernons Annotated Civil Statutes of the State of Texas with respect to the payment of prevailing wage rates for Kaufman County and must prohibit discrimination in employment practices. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Vernons Annotated Civil Statutes of the State of Texas, Chapter 271, Subchapter B Competitive Bidding, to waive any formalities and will review the bidder's responsibility.
