Retrofit of the mid-twentieth century former school which currently houses the charitable organization Cuso International. The work will include interior selective demolition to house approximately 46 single bedroom apartments for transitional women in need. The architectural layout, mechanical & electrical systems will be entirely replaced to coincide with the building's vocational change from office building to affordable housing. The gross floor area is approximately 24,824 ft2. TIMELINE: Demolition is underway. CM has tendered for civil works, new concrete curbs & sidewalks & interior selective demolition. Sub trade awards will not be released.
