Attendance at the session is mandatory with the exception of proponents who have held the contract in previous years. The Province will provide a copy of all written questions and answers arising from the Proponent information session to those who attended the Proponent Information Session. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, proposals must be submitted by email. It is the bidders responsibility to ensure the bid is received by the department. The department will not be responsible for any lost bid. It is the Proponents responsibility to ensure its Proposal is received before the RFP Closing Date and Time to the Email address specified above in this RFP. In responding to this RFP, the Proponents attention is drawn to the following: a) Proposals received after the RFPs Closing Date and Time will berejected. b) Ambiguous, unclear or unreadable Proposals may be rejected. c) Proposalsmust be delivered by Email, clearly identified with the RFP number, Closing Date and Time in the subject line of the Email. The Province is requesting the submission of Proposals for Outhouse/Caretaking services for the following outhouses along the David Thomson Corridor (DTC), Cow lake and Strubel Lake: Nordegg Ranger Station Parking Lot Colliseum Staging Area Bighorn Dam Allstones Staging Area Allstones Random Camping Area Hodoo Creek Staging Area; **Ahbraham Slabs Staging Area Whitegoat/Coral Creek Staging Area Pinto Lake Staging Area Preachers Point Random Camping Area Kinglet Tuff Puff *Wildhorse East *Wildhorse West *Owen Creek *NOTE - the following outhouses are currently not in service at the time of issuing this RFP. Once the outhouses are in service the vendor will be notified to start cleaning these sites.
