Supply of 418 Access Control Devices, Risley Hall 2nd and 3rd Tower Bedrooms. Risley Hall currently has approximately 90 Schlage AD400 units for dorm room access. Dalhousie would like to replace the card readers on the remaining dorm room doors with the same Schlage AD400 unit. Dalhousie has received approval from the Authorities Having Jurisdiction (Fire Marshall Office) for a solution to replace existing card readers with Schlage AD-400 card readers on fire rated doors without having to replace the door. Additionally, Dalhousie also has a handheld programming device that was purchased specifically for the Schlage AD400 devices. The Schlage AD400 units, through Panel Interface Modules (PIM), communicate with our existing Heartland/Touchnet access control system. Please Note: To ensure the latest information and updates regarding this bid, the onus is on the bidder to ensure they are monitoring the bidding system for issued addenda, clarifications and instructions that may impact submissions.
