The purpose of the meeting is to walk the Suppliers through the NRFP process. The City would use this meeting to explain the key process aspects of the NRFP (e.g. the pricing form requirements, submission requirements, evaluation methodology etc.) annual pricing adjustments and assignment of work during construction. The meeting is optional, however Suppliers are strongly encouraged to attend. Not being able to attend the meeting will not constitute a justification for deadline extension.
