Renovation of a municipal facility in Forest Hills, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Braddock Hills guaranteeing the bidder's entrance into the contract if given the award. Attention is directed to the fact that procurement is subject to all requirements of the Pennsylvania "Steel Products Procurement Act, Act No. 1978-3"; and for contract value exceeding $25,000, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act of 1961 P.L. 987) and The Public Works Employment Verification Act (July 2012) apply. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a labour and materials bond at 100% of the contract amount and Certificate of Insurance. The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any portion of any bid, waiver informality or irregularity of any bid or in the bidding. No bid will be accepted after the time herein specified whether or not the bidder has a time other than the official borough time. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days once filed with the Borough of Braddock Hills
