Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Boulder City, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The classroom proposed is a 50-person classroom with two separate storage rooms, bathrooms, and a small kitchenette area. This will be able to be used for police and fire classes, as well as by other city departments and council for community meetings. It will allow for joint police and fire classes that are currently not practical due to limited space in the current facilities. Another potential use for this facility would be in a future regional health emergency where large numbers of people need to assemble. This would have the appropriate amount of parking based on city planning standards. As of February 10, 2025, this project is included in the City of Boulder City's FY 2025 CIP. This project is in the conceptual phase. An architect has not been selected. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
