Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Millbrae, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be performed under this contract consists of the developing, implementing and maintaining a water pollution control program and traffic control system, placement of rubberized hot mix asphalt and hot mix asphalt paving materials, cold planing, curb ramp upgrades, miscellaneous concrete repairs, digouts, lowering and adjusting to finish grade utility frames and covers, removing and replacing traffic striping, pavement markings, raised pavement markers and roadside signs, clean-up of the project area and other items of work as shown in the contract documents. A certified check or corporate surety bond of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid for the total cost of the project must accompany each proposal.
