The University is soliciting bids for the establishment of an exclusive contract for providing Portable Restroom Facilities and supplies on an on-going as needed basis. The awarded contract shall be for a set amount of pre-determined Cardinal Stadium event dates as well as additional services on an as needed basis by other facilities and departments within the University of Louisville. Pre-determined dates, product amounts, and required services are listed in the Specifications Section listed herein for currently scheduled CS events. The selected contractor(s) shall be required to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, storage, product transportation and set-up, and supervision required to complete all work as specified. The contract resulting from this RFP shall be effective for one (1) year from date of award and is renewable for up to five (5) additional one-year renewal periods. Annual renewal shall be in writing and contingent upon the University's satisfaction with the services performed.
