The owners are discussing sending back out for re-bid but have not yet made a final decision. ** The project is a limited security upgrade to the Existing Family Services Building and Modular Building. New doors and access control hardware is to be provided along with new cameras. Bids are to be submitted on forms provided. Proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud. Construction period is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion Contracts are subject to "Davis Bacon' Federal prevailing wage rates and Washington State prevailing wage rates. The higher of the two shall apply Masks are required at the PreBid Walk-Through and while performing work. Criminal background checks will be required before starting work.
