This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Birmingham, Alabama. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
For Electrical equipment which may include some or all the following: switchboards, power panel boards, lighting panel boards, dry type transformers, horizontal plug-in busway, and power generator. A cashiers check or bid bond payable to Lawson State Community College in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidders proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance if required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. Other sets for general contractors and subcontractors may be obtained with the same deposit, which will be refunded as above, less cost of printing, reproduction, handling, and distribution. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the Architect or CM Agent or copies thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owners judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted. The Owner prefers suppliers located within 50 miles of Lawson State Community College.
