Site work for a water / sewer project in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of Capacity Work Group 1 as identified in Appendix J of the October 10, 2020 Capacity Assessment and Remedial Measures Plan. This contract is for the improvements associated with Sites 2e1 and 10a1 which consist of the following: Sewer Line A includes construction of approximately 4,748 linear feet of 15-in and 2,130 linear feet of 10-in gravity sanitary sewer line, manholes, connections to existing sewer lines, pavement repairs, and appurtenances. Sewer Line B includes construction of approximately 4,377 linear feet of 12-in gravity sanitary sewer line, manholes, connections to existing sewer lines, pavement repairs, and appurtenances. Estimate: $3,700,000.00 - $3,900,00.00 Liquidated Damages: $750.00/day 1-30 days $1500.00/day 31-60 days $2500.00/day 61-180 days $4000.00/day More than 180 days Please submit questions for this project 72 hours prior to bid opening electronically *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
