APPLICABLE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS This invitation to tender is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements: o AGREEMENT TO LIBERALIZE PUBLIC CONTRACTS IN QUEBEC AND NEW BRUNSWICK; o TRADE AND COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN QUEBEC AND ONTARIO; SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work covered by these presents includes, but is not limited to: The redevelopment or transformation of various premises into classrooms or offices according to the growing needs of the number of students.
