This project includes the site cleaning and fence removal, four tier bin block walls, single tier bin block walls, new cantilever gates, precast concrete steps, site grading and landscaping, signage and restoration work. Coordination with facility operations to reduce impact of this project is necessary. The bidder shall provide all material and labor necessary to complete the improvements as per the construction documents and specifications. The Contract will allow 90 calendar days for completion of the work from the notice to proceed.
