Renovation of a municipal facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Bid on remainder of below work, as per the IFT Drawings and Specs, in the position of a general contractor: - Carpentry: Paint Supply and apply paint to cover damaged drywall - Drywall Repair holes in drywall due to plumbing and electrical installation - Plumbing: Run hot and cold-water supply lines and domestic drain line from adjacent wall and tie into commissionaires washroom, and run plumbing vent riser up from sink drain into ceiling space, tying into nearby plumbing vent system. Install sink and tap. Install electric HWT under the sink. Install mixing valve and deck mount eyewash, Install vent/ air admittance valve and issue City of Winnipeg permits as required. - Electrical: Supply and install new dedicated circuit including associated breakers for hot water tank below sink. Labor and material as required. - Millwork: Supply and install basic cabinet with stainless steel countertop. By submitting our response to this solicitation, we confirm that we have read and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this ITT, and we agree to provide, upon request, all documentation without modification as defined in this ITT. BGIS reserves the right to reject our submission should BGIS fail to receive the required documentation.
