All questions must be issued in writing to eanderson@uptexas.org Receipt of Proposals Proposals will be accepted electronically via BidSync or in paper format. Paper proposals must include one (1) set of unbound documents. These must be delivered to the Purchasing Manager's office before the RFP deadline. The address is City of University Park, Attn: Purchasing 2nd Floor, 4420 Worcola St., Dallas, TX 75206. Paper proposals must be in a sealed, opaque envelope and marked with the RFP name and number: "CSP # 2022-05 - Utility Replacement Annual Contract" Description: Pricing is to be indicated on the Section XI - Cost Proposal document. Delivery location: City of University Park 3800 University Blvd. University Park, TX 75205 late submissions will not be accepted. The City will follow the competitive sealed proposal process outlined in Texas Government Code, Chapter 2269, Subchapter D. Contract duration: 1 year Contract renewal: 3 annual renewals Prices good for: 1 year Regions: Texas, Dallas The City will hold a MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Meeting on Thursday, July 7th at 10:00 AM CST at the Citys Peek Service Center. The address is 4420 Worcola Street, Dallas, TX 75206 and the meeting will be held in the EOC Conference Room on the first floor.
