The University of Houston, Houston Public Media, (HPM) operators of KUHT-TV and KUHF-FM, is seeking a vendor to provide an audio routing, mixing, and distribution system for KUHF-FM. The current audio routing system is approximately twenty years old and must be replaced. This legacy system does not support audio over IP and cannot integrate with our new radio automation system (WideOrbit for Radio Automation). We are seeking a new system to resolve these deficiencies and more. Respondents are encouraged to propose contractual arrangements offering the maximum benefit to the University in terms of (1) services to the University, (2) total overall cost to the University, and (3) project management expertise. Proposers should describe all educational, state, and local government discounts, as well as any other applicable discounts that may be available to the University in a contract for Services. There will not be a pre-proposal meeting for this project.
