Joshua Water Control District is soliciting bids for the aerial herbicides treatment of emerged and sub-merged plants to be applied by aerial spraying for approximately 994 acres of canals. Work will include the proper and safe application of Federal E.P.A. approved chemicals by qualified, licensed operators in compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations. * Each contractor will be required to inspect the site with the Field Superintendent. obtain a bid package, and thoroughly_ familiarize themselves with all aspects of work before a bid will be accepted by the District. Selected contractor will be required to provide written proof of insurance naming Joshua Water Control District as a co-insured party in the following amounts: Aggregate General Liability: $1,000,000.00 Aggregate Automobile Liability: $1,000,000.00/$300,000.00 Aggregate Property & Personal Injury: $500,000.00 Chemical Liability Insurance: $100,000.00 Worker s Compensation Insurance: As required by Florida Law Sample Certificate of Insurance included in bid package. Successful contractor will be notified no later than Friday, July 15, 2022. JOSHUA WATER CONTROL DISTRICT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS
