Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Paving Bid Furnish and place 312 Tons of 9.5 MM Fine Grade Scratch Course and 312 Tons of 9.5 MM Fine Grade Wearing Course. A Bituminous Escalator Clause is included in this Bid Pack. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker s compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
