The Town of Front Royal invites the submission of sealed bids from qualified contractors, licensed to work in Virginia, capable of satisfying the Town's needs for the installation of new waterlines for the Town of Front Royal, in accordance with the enclosed scope of services, specifications and terms. Bids are to be mailed to the Town of Front Royal, ATTN: Megan Clark, Purchasing Agent, P.O. Box 1560, Front Royal, Virginia 22630. Bids may also be hand delivered until the scheduled date and time shown above to the Finance Department, 102 E. Main Street, Front Royal. The outermost envelope for which a bid is contained therein must be clearly marked "SEALED BID: WATERLINE UPGRADES" in order to prevent the premature opening of the envelope. The Town of Front Royal is not responsible for delays in the delivery of the mail by the U.S. Postal Service, private couriers, or the inter-office mail system. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that its bid reaches the Town of Front Royal by the designated date and hour.
