The City of Fond du Lac is seeking a consultant to develop an intentional plan for the enhancement and redevelopment of the North Main Street corridor to increase the economic vitality and desirability of this aging area of the City. As part of the development of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan, the public was asked to identify areas within the community in need of reinvestment through a community mapping exercise. The public identified the North Main Street corridor as an area for reinvestment and redevelopment. All proposals shall be prepared on the proposal forms provided in the specifications and shall remain attached thereto, and shall be addressed to City of Fond du Lac, P.O. Box 150, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Proposals may not be delivered by facsimile transmission or other telecommunication or electronic means. Each bid envelope shall be properly identified on the face thereof "SEALED BID - NORTH MAIN ST REDEVLOPMENT PLAN". No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of (30) thirty days after the opening of said proposals, without the consent of the Deputy Procurement Officer. The City of Fond du Lac may reject any or all proposals on any basis and without disclosure of any reason. The failure to make a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action against the City. The City also reserves the right to waive any formalities or informalities in proposing and to select the proposal that, in its opinion, will best serve the interests of the City.
