The University of Northern Colorado is requesting a Statement of Qualification from Architects / Engineers for the preparation of Bidding Documents for the Butler Hancock Controlled Maintenance Roof Replacement. The University of Northern Colorado has received funding for the controlled maintenance roof replacement of Butler Hancock. This roof replacement will include decks 1, 4, 5, 5a, 6 and 7. It is anticipated that the Butler Hancock roof replacement will be designed and out to bid by January, with construction beginning late spring or early summer. The selected consultant will have the responsibility to review existing conditions, make recommendations based on design options, costs, long term maintenance and warranty coverage. Minimum Requirements Minimum requirements for this project include a license to practice Architecture or Engineering in Colorado, and completion of projects of similar scope and complexity.
