Renovation of a municipal facility in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Facility Management Asset Sustainment Program identified Mechanical Systems that have become redundant or have reached the end of its life-cycle and require replacement. Replacement and or deletion of mechanical systems. This work includes the addition of a building management system (BMS) and seismic restraints for all new installations as required for a Post Disaster Facility. The Building will remain occupied by AHS; constraints are identified in the Project Specific Requirements.
