Site work and renovation of a civil project in Moses Lake, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

POW Contracting has been awarded this project. Estimated Project Cost: $1,000,000- $1,700,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Contract Working Days: 110 This project consists of the construction of the new Northshore Lift Station followed by the decommissioning of the existing Sage Bay Lift Station and the existing temporary Northshore Lift Station. The new lift station construction will include a 120-inch diameter precast concrete wet well, three submersible pumps, valve vault, flow meter, wet well ventilation and biofilter, air release valve, electrical equipment and panels, pump controls, VFD's telemetry equipment, standby generator, about 700 total linear feet of various diameters of gravity sewer main, seven new manholes, 4 inch side sewer connections, about 110 linear feet of 10 inch diameter force main, about 255 linear feet of 6 inch diameter C900 PVC water main, gate valves, concrete block retaining wall, traffic control, wastewater bypass pumping, and other miscellaneous work and material. Decommissioning the two existing lift stations will include the removal or abandoning of lift station equipment, repaving a Cul-de-sac, HMA patch, and sidewalk replacement. All bids shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a postal money order, cashier's check, or bond in an amount equal to 5 percent of the maximum total amount of the bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract or furnish a satisfactory contract bond within the time stated in the specifications, the deposit shall be forfeited to the City. All bidders shall call 509-764-3786 prior to bid opening to sign up as a bidder on the project, whether or not they request a hard copy or obtain a digital copy of the Specifications. Bids received from bidders who are not signed in as a bidder on the project will be rejected for being non-responsive.
