Site work and paving for a road / highway in Moline, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project is Phase II of the River to River Corridor Trail, which runs along the 19th Street/27th Street corridor between Avenue of the Cities & 36th Avenue (Coaltown Road) in Moline. Moline is actively pursuing funding for this project. Phase II of the River to River Corridor Trail will construct the path from the south side of Avenue of the Cities to the north side of 36th Avenue (Coaltown Road) in Moline. Engineering for Phase II is the purpose of this Request for Statement of Qualifications. A schematic is attached on Page 6 showing the proposed phased construction. The proposed deadline for Phase I engineering is January 1, 2024, and Phase II engineering July 1, 2024 The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time .
