Summary of the project and the work to be carried out Demolition of existing laboratory fume hoods; Patching of floor, wall and ceiling finishes in room 2116; Modifications to existing benches in premises 2111 and 2116; Installation of a new bench in room 2116; Redevelopment of electrical and mechanical services in premises 2104, 2111 and 2116; Other related works. Work schedule The Contractor agrees to take all necessary measures to meet the schedule for starting the work on or around 2022-08-15 allowing the issuance of the certificate of early possession no later than: 2022-10-22 . Work phase 1 : Early possession excludes the work of installing the new workbench in room 2116, as well as all the mechanical and electrical finishing accessories for this workbench . Work phase 2 : The installation of the bench at 2116, including all its components, must be completed before 2022-12-22 . award is subject to final approval.
