As of September 27,2022, this project has been awarded to QMC Metering Solutions, with the awarded amount of $223,160.08. Submetering System Platform Migration at Eight (8) TCHC Locations The Social Housing Apartment Retrofit Program (SHARP), includes in-suite electrical submetering for nine TCHC buildings last 2017, in order to monitor and analyze the actual in-suite electrical consumptions and support energy saving initiatives. Several years later, the YARDI System was adopted by the company as a centralized facility management system platform to manage various business operations of TCHC. To meet this new requirement, a few disparate existing TCHC Energy Management Systems, need to be integrated to the YARDI System. A pilot platform migration of one in-suite metering site (10 Boultbee Ave.) to the YARDI System which was successfully completed. This time, TCHC need to integrate and migrate the remaining eight (8) sites to the YARDI platform (EMS), and therefore the main the purpose of this RFP. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the provision of submetering system platform migration services at eight (8) TCHC locations.
