The Contactor shall perform such services as required by the Owner to complete the work as defined in the Subcontract Documents as defined herein. The Subcontractor agrees to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, transportation, equipment, and/or supervision and all other facilities and things necessary to complete the Work set forth in Exhibit "A" hereto. Subcontractor agrees to perform all of said Work in the best and most workmanlike, prompt and diligent manner and to furnish materials of the most suitable grade of their respective kind for the purpose intended, all in exact accordance with the terms, provisions and conditions of this Subcontract, the Subcontract Documents, all applicable building codes and requirements.
