Renovation of a detention facility in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

**Project was not awarded, and will be rebidding. No rebid date at this time.** In general the work consists of: the modernization of a six-stop hydraulic passenger elevator in 26 South Hall. The work includes a new programmable microprocessor with leveling system and soft 27 start, battery lowering feature, hoistway limit switches and leveling devices, car top inspection 28 station and pit stop switch, machine room and hoistway wiring and traveling cable, main car 29 station, car lantern, hall pushbutton stations, hoistway access switches, submersible power unit, 30 door equipment, electronic door edge, suspended ceiling with LED downlighting, signage within 31 equipment room, fire extinguisher within equipment room, modification to HVAC within equipment 32 room including new split system, lighting and GFIs within equipment roof, hoistway, and pit, 33 lighting at elevator lobbies as required to meet 10 FC at elevator sill, and required FA equipment 34 for automatic recall.
