This Invitation to Tender consists snow removal services on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure at Miramichi Court Complex, 673 King George Highway, Miramichi, NB, E1V 1N6 for a period of one (1) year from September 1, 2022 until August 31, 2023 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods in one (1) year increment upon written agreement by both parties. Pricing shall be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index. Contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid which meets the requirements detailed within the attached Specifications for Item 1 of the tender documents. Prior to Contract award, the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure may consult with other departments and agencies of the Province of New Brunswick to obtain information on the Vendor's past performance within the previous two (2) years. Results from the aforementioned consultations that are unsatisfactory to the Department, in its sole and absolute discretion, will result in the disqualification of the Vendor's bid.
